Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a PMS/ Talent Development Manager. The Talent Development Manager will design and implement effective employee training programs, performance management systems, and succession planning strategies. They will work to foster professional growth, assess organizational training needs, and ensure the optimization of talent management initiatives through strategic planning and communication. Collaboration with leadership teams to align talent strategies with the organization's business objectives will be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Development and Training & Development strategies
• Experience in Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Strong Communication skills to foster collaboration and convey initiatives
• Exceptional ability to create and implement organizational talent strategies
• Background in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
• MBA (HR) with over 8 yrs experience preferred
• Proven experience in talent development or related roles
• Analytical and strategic planning capabilities
