Position: Talent acquisition/Corporate HR Recruiter Location: Vadodara Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent acquisition/Corporate HR Recruiter to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining HR operations. This role demands a proactive approach, strong understanding of recruitment and technology, and in-depth knowledge of the local Vadodara job market. The recruiter will also contribute to administrative procedures and ensure alignment with company policies and strategic goals. Key TA Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles across departments. Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and build role-specific recruitment strategies. Source talent proactively through various channels—job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and campus hiring. Draft and issue official HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters. Create detailed onboarding plans and educate new hires about company policies, systems, and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records—digital and physical—covering attendance, benefits, and compliance. Share weekly recruitment status reports and hiring dashboards with upper management. Plan and execute employee engagement activities with proper budgeting and approvals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Demonstrated experience in technology hiring (2-5 yrs) and building pipelines for niche roles. Deep understanding of the Vadodara talent market and local sourcing channels. 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Corporate Talent Acquisition. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS/ATS systems, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet hiring targets in a dynamic environment. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. Show more Show less
