Responsibilities:
Develops and leads a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals to execute our vision and strategy to meet the needs of the Line of Business (LOB)
Supports in driving forward-thinking TA strategies for their specific line of business/focus area
Continually focuses on requisition prioritization and ensures a laser-focus on the most critical hiring needs
Collaborates with TA counterparts to review recruiter capacity and understand goals/needs of each respective LOB to ensure strong degree of collaboration and innovation; ensures sharing of candidates, prospects, best practices
Continually reviews recruiter metrics and other key data in order to determine progress and areas of opportunity
Works with the TA Center of Excellence (COE) to review hiring results, data and analytics in order to inform TA strategy
Maintains focus of team around operational excellence
Closely connected with respective LOB/market/regional leaders
Develops deep relationships with all key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Provides regular updates and market intelligence to key leadership stakeholders
Acts as a true SME with industry and workforce trends, and translates them to proactive recruiting strategies
Relentlessly builds and promotes the firm brand in the external marketplace
Leads the search for strategic hiring needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in a professional services environment
1+ years of people management experience
Experience with recruiting technologies and programs with an understanding of recruiting life cycle
Proven track record leading and developing a high-performing team of TA professionals
Proven track record in project/change management and methodologies/tools
Demonstrated experience with planning & prioritization, risk identification & management, and time & productivity management
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the professional services industry
Experience working in a matrix environment in a global organization
