About Role

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
Source potential candidates through direct channels, social platforms, and employee referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews with functional teams
Manage the interview process, feedback collection, and offer negotiations
Work with vendors.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Comfortable working in a remote setup.
