Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment to join our team onsite in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across a range of technologies and roles. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian IT talent landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT positions (e.g., software developers, QA, DevOps, IT support). Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and role objectives. Source candidates using various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural). Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and track candidate progress. Negotiate salary and close offers in alignment with company policies and budgets. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in ATS or Excel sheets. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles. Stay updated on trends in IT hiring, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) in domestic IT recruitment . Strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skillsets (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, etc.). Experience in sourcing using Naukri , LinkedIn , Indeed , and job portals. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
