We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in technical hiring, specifically in **Embedded Systems** and **Wireless Technologies**. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill project requirements efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Source and recruit candidates for roles in Embedded Software, Wireless, and related technologies.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
* Use job portals, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) for talent acquisition.
* Maintain candidate database and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
