About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process,

focusing on technical and non-technical roles, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills due to a background in Computer Science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
