Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in EU/UK/US markets.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terms.
  • Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills, with familiarity across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
