Talent Acquisition Specialist-Technical Hiring

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end technical hiring — from understanding job requirements, sourcing, and screening candidates, to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to identify and attract top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across multiple technology stacks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and selection decisions with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, offer-to-join ratio) and prepare reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT/Technology hiring).
• Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
• Good understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT terminologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office.

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days from Office, 2 Days WFH
