Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in cybersecurity hiring and a hands-on approach to HR operations. This role is primarily focused on recruitment (80%), particularly technical and cybersecurity roles, while also contributing to core HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement (20%). The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple positions while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment specifically for cybersecurity and technical positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen technical resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Share timely updates and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders Prepare offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment documentation Assist in post-offer follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates Collaborate with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs Stay updated on hiring trends and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in cybersecurity or tech hiring Understanding of basic cybersecurity roles and skillsets (e.g., SOC Analyst, Pen Tester) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good knowledge of HR operations such as onboarding and documentation Experience with tech hiring platforms and LinkedIn sourcing Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities Familiarity with ATS and MS Office tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: Fluent English (Required) Work Location: In person
