Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers made. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment. Strong understanding of B2C market trends and consumer behavior. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients and candidates. Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
