About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring for Mettlesemi. The ideal candidate should be experienced in technical hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and driving recruitment excellence across the organization. This role requires hands-on recruitment expertise along with the ability to partner closely with leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, evaluation, interviews, salary discussions.
  • Manage hiring for technical roles in

    Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded, Software, Hardware, Design & Validation, AI/ML, and Engineering domains

    .
  • Drive niche hiring through market mapping, headhunting, and deep sourcing strategies.

2. Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline

  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social platforms, and communities to attract top-tier talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Execute talent intelligence, market research, and competitor analysis for niche skills.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Manage salary fitment, negotiation, and offer rollout.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding and ensure smooth transition of selected candidates.

5. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Track hiring metrics (TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, requisition ageing, etc.).
  • Improve recruitment processes, strengthen candidate experience, and reduce vendor dependency.
  • Work with ATS/CRM tools for candidate management and reporting.

6. Employer Branding

  • Support branding initiatives through job marketing, social hiring, career events, recruitment campaigns, and community engagement.

7. Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate within the TA team; mentor junior recruiters as needed.
  • Support hiring drives, weekend drives, leadership hiring, and high-volume requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in

    technical hiring

    (Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded, Software, Hardware).
  • Hands-on with

    job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social hiring techniques

    .
  • Experience using

    ATS tools

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with high accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of hiring metrics, dashboards, MIS, and recruitment analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition/HR Analytics (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Experience in hiring for high-growth technology or semiconductor companies.
