Role & responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Ensure quality profiles are submitted within timelines.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for critical positions.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and business needs thoroughly.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to ensure clarity on roles, skills, and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
