Role & responsibilities

Leadership Hiring Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for
C-Suite, Senior Management and Leadership positions
.
Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create search strategies.
Source and engage top leadership talent through headhunting, networking, market mapping, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary assessments, competency evaluation, and fitment analysis.
Manage candidate pipeline, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Handle market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor mapping for leadership roles.
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Represent the organization professionally while engaging with high-level candidates.

Required Skills & Competencies

Minimum
4+ years
of experience in leadership / executive / senior management hiring.
Strong experience in
headhunting, mapping, and engaging passive talent
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on multiple senior mandates with tight timelines.
Strong understanding of organizational structure, leadership competencies, and hiring trends.

Good to Have

Experience in agency / consulting firm / executive search firm preferred.
Exposure to hiring for multiple industries/functions.
