Job Description

Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche IT roles (Senior Architects, Directors, VPs, SVPs).
Advanced Sourcing
: Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean, X-ray, Blu-ray searches, GitHub sourcing, and other innovative methods to identify top talent.
Stakeholder Management
: Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Candidate Engagement
: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Market Intelligence
: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Networking
: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking and referrals.
Compliance & Documentation
: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience
: Minimum 3+ years in IT technical recruitment, with exposure to leadership hiring.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray, GitHub).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple senior-level mandates.
