Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with 3 to 8 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably from a company name like TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and targets.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Analyze and resolve complex problems and issues that arise within the team.
