Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) across real estate roles.
  • Work closely with client hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Source and evaluate candidates through multiple channels and ensure strong talent pipelines.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, SLAs, and ensure excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in an RPO setup.
  • Prior hiring experience in the

    real estate sector

    is mandatory.
  • Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and communication skills.
