Job Description

Job Title:

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) across real estate roles.
Work closely with client hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within agreed timelines.
Source and evaluate candidates through multiple channels and ensure strong talent pipelines.
Maintain recruitment reports, SLAs, and ensure excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:

2-6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in an RPO setup.
Prior hiring experience in the
real estate sector
is mandatory.
Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and communication skills.
