Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft JDs, and build hiring plans.

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles.

• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the process.

• Maintain and optimize ATS systems and recruitment reports.

• Represent Newron.ai’s culture and mission in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in full-cycle tech/non-tech recruitment (startup or high-growth environment preferred).
• Proven ability to hire for Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Recruitee, or equivalent).
• Passionate about AI and future-forward technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
