Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Onsite- Kochi

Experience Required:

• Minimum 

  4 years

   in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• At least 

  2 years in the EdTech industry

Qualifications:

• MBA in HRM, B.Tech, or 

  any bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
• Manage employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Conduct reference checks and manage the offer-to-joining process.
• Collaborate with management for workforce planning and succession planning.
• Drive recruitment analytics and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
