Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Lead end-to-end recruitment for full-time roles across various sectors, focusing on IT, Engineering, and Non-IT positions.

  • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

    Use multiple sourcing channels and methodologies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage top candidates.

  • Candidate Assessment:

    Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and advise on hiring strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Offer Management:

    Oversee the offer process, including salary negotiation, offer letter preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

  • Pipeline Development:

    Maintain and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs and workforce planning.

  • Recruitment Metrics:

    Track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and meet KPIs.

  • Industry Trends:

    Stay updated on recruitment best practices, employment trends, and competitive hiring tactics to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
