As a Rockstar Recruiter at Fueling Brains Academies, you have the exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in reimagining early childhood education in North America. Your main responsibility will be to build high-performing teams that directly impact children's futures. Here's what you'll be doing: - Own the talent pipeline: Work closely with department heads to identify present and future hiring needs. - Be a storyteller: Craft compelling job descriptions and campaigns to attract top talent. - Find hidden gems: Utilize job boards, social media, networks, and creative sourcing methods to discover top talent. - Be the candidates' guide: Conduct engaging screenings and interviews, keeping candidates informed and excited throughout the process. - Quality over quantity: Evaluate skills, experience, and culture-fit to ensure successful hires. - Drive onboarding excellence: Oversee new-hire documentation and ensure smooth transitions into the organization. - Stay compliant: Keep up to date with North American employment legislation to ensure full compliance. - Be data-driven: Share regular insights and dashboards with leadership to refine hiring strategies. - Create impact: Contribute to HR process documents, policies, and reports to strengthen people systems. - Hit targets, smash goals: Consistently meet outreach and candidate engagement KPIs. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Education & Experience: Bachelor's in HR Management or related field with 3-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably from fast-paced startup/product companies. - Proven track record: Demonstrated success in building pipelines, closing tough roles, and meeting deadlines. - People whisperer: Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written English) with the ability to influence, persuade, and build trust. - Strategic + Hands-on: Ability to design recruitment strategies and close candidates effectively. - Tech-savvy: Proficient in HR databases, Google Workspace, and modern AI recruitment tools. - Compliance-aware: Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance. - Night owl energy: Comfortable working 6 PM - 3 AM IST to align with North American time zones.
