Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for retail & corporate roles and lead the performance evaluation process to ensure our teams perform at their peak.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for retail store staff, area managers, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final selection.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires.

Performance Evaluation & Management

  • Design, implement, and manage the companys Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Coordinate quarterly/annual performance review cycles across retail and corporate teams.
  • Train managers on effective performance evaluation techniques.
  • Track performance ratings, identify high performers, and create development plans.
  • Work with leadership to address underperformance through coaching or corrective action plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and performance evaluation systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
