About Us:

Mohan Mutha Infrastructures (MMI) is a diversified infrastructure company with operations in India and overseas (Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Maldives). We handle large-scale projects in construction, shipping, and exports, delivering quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end Talent Acquisition for
white-collar & blue-collar positions
across multiple project locations (India & overseas).
Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer roll-out.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for management review.
Collaborate with project/site teams to forecast manpower needs and deployment schedules.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and basic payroll coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelors degree or MBA in HR Management.
3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the the construction/infrastructure industry.
Strong experience in both
labour and staff category hiring
.
Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies under tight timelines.
Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.
