They also handle onboarding, ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation plans, benefits programs, and ensuring fair and equitable pay practices. Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing employee development plans. Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. HR Administration: Managing HR records, policies, and procedures. Compliance: Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure the company is in compliance.
