Recruitment Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management:

  Collect and organize large, complex data sets from various primary and secondary sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Advanced Excel Reporting & Analysis:

  Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, models, and dashboards to support recruitment analysis and reporting needs.

• Formula & Automation Expertise:

  Create and utilize advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, logical functions like IF, IFERROR), Pivot Tables, and macros/VBA to automate repetitive tasks and streamline data processing and reporting.

• Reporting & Presentation:

  Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations for the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, Banking & Finance.

• Experience:

  1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably within an HR or Recruitment function.

• Excel Proficiency:

  Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  is essential, including extensive experience with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data visualization (charts and graphs), data cleaning/manipulation functions, and ideally VBA/macros for automation.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
