Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain TAT on hiring as per SLAs and MPR requirements
• .Understand job requirements and identify sources for recruiting
• Cost effective mode of Sourcing and Maximum use of free sources of hires
• Source and shortlist employees based on JD/MPR
• Screen candidates (tech and behavioral)
• Coordinate functional interviews and track feedback
• Offer closures ensures all documents verified before offer
• Ensure ref checks are conducted per the policy
• Ensure all positions are tracked and updated on ORC
• Maintain trackers for projects assigned stating profiles sourced, screened, selected, rejected, offered
• Maintain resume database for future reference
• Ensure that the candidates who are offered employment are continuously followed up till they join the organization and avoid offer rejection ratio
• Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc.)
• Source candidates (Pre-screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews with managers and negotiating compensation)
• Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate

Min 3yrs experience in Talent Acquisition

Medical coding hiring experience are preferred
