Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Indus Valley Organic Company in Faridabad, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through different channels, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals, while also staying updated on market trends and representing the company in job fairs and recruitment drives to enhance our employer branding. Maintaining recruitment trackers, ensuring compliance with policies, and legal hiring standards will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. Knowledge of the organic or FMCG industry recruitment will be an advantage. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, and the work schedule is during day shifts. Fluency in English is required, and the work location is in person.
