Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Chennai Looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chennai. Responsible for the entire recruitment process you will collaborate & partner with Business heads in planning & sourcing the right candidates using multiple sources (social-media, portals, offline, etc.). You will create talent pipelines for our immediate & future requirements. Key Responsibilities: This role involves individual contribution & team management by Contributing to & managing other recruiters. Someone who can work independently & leads from the front by example as a Subject matter expert. Social media sourcing skills. Knowledge of IT Infra. Technology domain is an advantage (not mandatory). Prior experience in hiring senior management/executive level professionals. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques & evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Proactively plan hiring requirements for each quarter. Understanding (create if required) the job description for positions. Sourcing, Screening & Shortlisting profiles through various sources like References, Social Networking Sites, databases & Job portals. Evaluate usage of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and recommend solutions and actively get involved in POFU (Post Offer Follow Ups). Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports & databases for further assistance. Spearhead the company's branding initiatives. Be helpful in your approach and form a professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates. Keep Analyzing & improving the candidate experience leading to a higher offer to onboarding ratio. Education: A graduate/Postgraduate in any stream or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management Desired Skills: Great interpersonal & communication skills. An organized, result-oriented individual with an eye for detail & a good understanding of technical requirements for distinct roles.
