Description
We are looking for a specialist recruiter with deep knowledge of hiring for Finance Shared Services roles across finance domains. The role requires strong understanding of how GCCs operate in India, especially across big hubs like Delhi NCR, Bangalore , Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune and an ability to deliver business-ready shortlists aligned to client expectations. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers or consultants to define role briefs, ideal candidate profiles and hiring timelines Build curated pipelines for Finance Manager, Senior Manager and Director roles across: 1. Accounts Payable / P2P 2. Record to Report / GL / Consolidation 3. Order to Cash / Collections / Billing 4. Controllership 5 Financial Planning & Analysis Run proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, Boolean search, org mapping Evaluate candidates based on functional knowledge, team management experience, ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) and stakeholder maturity Maintain updated hiring tracker, schedule interviews and ensure strong candidate engagement Create and share weekly reports on pipeline health, market insights and role status ✅ Must-Have Skills Proven experience hiring for Shared Services/Finance operations roles (min. 2–3 years) Strong familiarity with GCC companies like Accenture, EY GDS, Capgemini, Shell, Maersk, Diageo, JLL, Bosch, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley etc Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and how they relate to process depth Ability to differentiate between transactional vs transformation-led profiles Comfortable sourcing mid-to-senior level talent (8–14 yrs experience) Fluent in screening for stakeholder management, span of control and change readiness 🌍 Preferred Experience Experience hiring across shared services ecosystems Exposure to high-growth, transformation or captive finance environments Understanding of market salary benchmarks and talent availability trends Show more Show less
