Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Kolkata. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The Specialist will also focus on employer branding to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruiting strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Qualifications Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes Skills in employer branding and talent attraction strategies Proficiency in interviewing and evaluating candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the energy or sustainability sector is a plus Show more Show less
