Role Summary

Mid Senior/Leadership Talent Acquisition specialist, you

Key Responsibilities

Client & Search Management

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and Mid- senior level roles across assigned industries.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding business needs, role requirements, and cultural fit.
  • Present market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic recommendations.

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Build and execute targeted research strategies to identify high-potential leadership talent.
  • Engage, qualify, and assess candidates through structured conversations and competency-based evaluations.
  • Present high-quality shortlists and candidate reports.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals and develop industry talent communities.

Process Excellence

  • Create clear search strategies, timelines, and deliverables; ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain accurate records & data.

Market & Industry Expertise

  • Stay current on market trends, leadership movements, and sector talent dynamics.
  • Provide clients with competitive intelligence and compensation insights.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of leadership, executive, or senior-level recruiting experience

    , ideally within a search firm or in-house executive talent team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior candidates and assess leadership competencies.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, research techniques, and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience recruiting in multiple industries such as IT Consulting, technology, BFSI etc.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
