Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for high-volume customer support roles across multiple locations or business units.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and walk-in drives.
  • Build and maintain a large database of potential candidates to support ongoing bulk hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and staffing agencies for mass hiring initiatives.

Job Postings & Advertising

  • Draft engaging and accurate job descriptions for various customer support positions (voice, non-voice, chat, blended, and technical support).
  • Post openings across relevant platforms ensuring clarity on requirements, shift timings, and language proficiencies.

Screening & Selection

  • Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews to assess communication, language proficiency, and customer service aptitude.
  • Coordinate with operations managers and training teams for final interviews and selection assessments.
  • Ensure a quick turnaround time from sourcing to offer rollout for bulk recruitment drives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with customer support leadership, workforce management, and HR teams to forecast manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Share regular hiring updates, market trends, and sourcing insights to ensure alignment with business needs.

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Facilitate pre-employment checks including background verification and document collection.
  • Coordinate with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for large candidate batches.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance standards during all recruitment activities.

Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for upcoming hiring needs through ongoing engagement and referral programs.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment drives, and campus events to promote the employer brand.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates through transparent communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    bulk hiring or volume recruitment

    , preferably within a

    customer support or BPO environment

    .
  • Proven track record of hiring for voice, non-voice, chat, and blended customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage large-scale hiring events.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
