Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Thrissur. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. This includes tasks such as sourcing potential candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and ultimately hiring the best-fit candidates for the organization. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
