Job Summary:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Continuity 1, you will independently manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will have full ownership of the recruitment cycle and will be expected to meet hiring targets while maintaining high standards of candidate and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process independently, from initial client consultations to candidate placement.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand specific role requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring objectives.
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment databases.
2. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
- Proactively source candidates for open roles using creative sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job descriptions and client expectations.
- Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication about the role, expectations, and next steps.
3. Interviewing & Shortlisting:
- Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide clients with shortlists of top candidates, offering insights and recommendations based on assessments.
- Facilitate client interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate expectations and negotiations.
4. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
- Lead the offer negotiation process, including salary, benefits, and employment terms, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
- Manage the onboarding process, coordinating between candidates and clients to ensure a seamless transition into the role.
- Follow up with candidates post-onboarding to ensure smooth integration and address any concerns during the initial phases of employment.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor who understands their business and hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of open roles, recruitment strategies, and market insights.
- Work with clients to identify future recruitment needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
6. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to post-onboarding.
- Provide clear, timely communication to candidates about their status, feedback from interviews, and next steps.
- Maintain a network of high-quality candidates for future roles, building a talent pipeline.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition in a recruitment business.
- Existing network of candidates and clients in Pune and Mumbai.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience in a startup environment or a fast-paced recruitment agency.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and using professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and candidate expectations.
