Job Description

Summary:

Talent Acquisition “TA” Quality Assurance Team provides expertise in the governance of all existing and new products, processes and services globally. The TA Quality Assurance Lead is accountable for ensuring the function is equipped with fit for purpose controls on all key risks, acting as the conduit with HR Operational Risk for co-creating Control Design Assessment (CDA) , supporting Risk Control Sample Testing , determining newly emerging  regulatory and operational risks , GDPR and Data Privacy in processes, managing the annual RCSA, developing and delivering effective policies and standards ;  overseeing quality assurance in the processes in HR Process Universe (HRPU), ARIS maps  End to End TA Processes, TA guides, and involved in TA related Audits and Reviews (internal and External).
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for quality assurance activities for designated geographies but also to contribute to global projects in quality assurance activities.
  • Working closely with the TA Product Design and Development team on the impact of the changes to processes and quality assurance in the HRPU, ARIS maps policies, standards , POIs , risk control framework, regulatory and compliance requirements, CDA , RCSA.
  • Identifying and resolving quality assurance issues across the end to end TA processes.
  • Assure Background Screening is operating highly effectively, and contribute to drive continuous improvement of performance by the screening vendor performance and internal screening team and design of process.
 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in employment legislative or prior recruitment experience for the country and region is highly preferred.
  • The individual is likely to have first degree level education
  • Deep resourcing experience, gained across a complex, multinational environment
  • Understanding of resourcing-related risks, governance and compliance issues, including the implementation of controls to combat them.
  • Personal authority & ability to establish relationships and influence at all levels within an organization
  • Commercial awareness & sharp business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; multi-cultural awareness & sensitivity
  • Proven experience in resolving service issues to mutual satisfaction
  • As with all post-holders at this level, exemplary integrity, independence and resilience
