Job Description

Talent Acquisition Experience: 6 Years

Industry: Real Estate preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure positive workplace engagement
  • HR Data Management: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and generate reports
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Track attendance, leaves, and ensure proper documentation

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in the Real Estate sector knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR data management Experience in attendance & leave management Excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
