Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Partner located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent for the school. Key tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves leveraging various recruitment tools and platforms, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and procedures, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of educational sector recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
