As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Seekho, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent pipeline and driving the hiring process for both technical and non-technical positions. Your ability to identify top-tier talent quickly and maintain high-quality standards will be essential in supporting the company's rapid growth in the edutainment industry. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: - Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, headhunting networks, and passive candidate sourcing to attract exceptional talent - Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs, focusing on long-term recruitment strategies - Develop innovative sourcing approaches, including employer branding initiatives and engagement with talent communities - Stakeholder Partnership & Role Design: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define candidate profiles and success metrics for each position - Offer strategic insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to support decision-making - Market Intelligence & Relationship Building: - Establish and maintain relationships with passive candidates, recruitment agencies, and industry networks - Stay informed about talent market trends, competitive landscape, and new recruitment technologies - Represent Seekho at industry events and networking activities to enhance the employer brand Qualifications: - 4-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in agency, headhunting, or VC talent partner roles - Demonstrated success in fast-scaling startup environments or high-growth tech companies - Technical recruiting background with knowledge of engineering, product, and data roles - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions - Experience in recruitment analytics, data-driven decision-making, and ATS management - Proficiency in cultural assessment to evaluate candidate fit in startup settings - Self-motivated individual who excels in dynamic and fast-paced environments - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent the company's brand - Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities As an additional detail, if you are curious about life at Seekho, we encourage you to explore our Team & Culture page to gain insights into our values, vibrant teams, and the enriching experience of working at Seekho.,
