Talent Acquisition Partner (Sales Hiring, NON IT Recruitment)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Screening, Shortlisting and Interviewing candidates for the assigned roles. Minimum 15 recruitments per month (Can be changed or added). Explain the candidate on Biorad Medisys, Our Corporate benefits, Salary, and Corporate Environment Conduct innovative sourcing activities in order to fill open positions Build talent pools through various sources for reducing the TAT to fill positions Connect with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and plan the recruitment activities accordingly Schedule regular update meetings with all stakeholders to discuss Hiring updates • Manage posts on various job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri etc Perform analysis of recruitments done as per employment needs Design and manage recruitment and selection processes i.e. from Resource requirement to Onboarding including but not limited to resume screening, screening calls, interviews, offers, etc. Reviews employment applications and background check reports Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees Coordinate with candidates on documents for offer Creating and sending offers to candidates Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of companys hiring needs and organizational goals Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition Preferred candidate profile MBA/ Minimum 5-7 Years Experience in Talent Acquisition with Manufacturing companies
