Talent Acquisition Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for

  IT and Finance roles

  across junior, mid, and senior levels.
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and define hiring roadmaps.
  
• Devise effective sourcing strategies via job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and referral channels.
  
• Manage and guide a team of recruiters; drive performance, productivity, and offer-to-join ratio.
  
• Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  
• Drive recruitment SLAs, TAT adherence, and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
  
• Maintain and present weekly/monthly hiring dashboards and analytics.
  
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 58 years of experience in recruitment.
  
• Strong exposure in

  IT hiring

  (software development, cloud, infra, data, cybersecurity, product, etc.).
• Experience in

  Finance hiring

  such as Accounts Payble, RTR, AR etc
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive closures under tight timelines.
  
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS, sourcing strategies, and modern recruitment tools.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
