As a Talent Acquisition Manager for our MNC client based in Ahmedabad with remote coverage for Gurgaon, your role will be crucial in shaping how we hire, partner, and grow. You will thrive in a matrixed, multinational environment and bring a consultative mindset to talent acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Hirings, and recruitment to lead a team of 5 direct reports. - Manage stakeholder relationships across functions and seniority levels to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies. - Implement TA programs, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment technologies to enhance the hiring processes. - Act as a strategic advisor by providing market insights and workforce planning expertise to drive recruitment success. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience is essential. - Proven in-house TA experience in an MNC, preferably in Manufacturing or healthcare sectors. - Strong familiarity with TA programs, employer branding practices, and recruitment technologies. - Ability to prioritize strategic hiring processes, employer branding, and TA systems for optimal recruitment outcomes. In addition to the above, you will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC, and will be based in Ahmedabad with remote coverage for Gurgaon.
