Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Manager (GCC), based in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will manage the full life cycle recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent for leadership and senior roles across diverse industries. Responsibilities include engaging in employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing for varied roles and senior-level positions
  • Strong understanding of Employer Branding and its impacts on talent attraction
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms
  • Prior experience in recruitment for the GCC or related markets is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
