Role Overview

white-collar (corporate & project management)

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to plan and execute workforce strategies (white & blue collar).
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines for engineering, project management, and site workforce roles.
  • Conduct market mapping, vendor management, and manpower agency coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with GCC labor/localization policies (Saudization, MOHRE, NAFIS).
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention).
  • Drive employer branding and workforce engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business; MBA/CIPD preferred.
  • 8–12 years’ TA experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Contracting sector.
  • Proven exposure to

    both white- and blue-collar hiring

    in GCC.
  • Strong sourcing, vendor/agency management, and negotiation skills.
  • English fluency; Arabic an added advantage.
