Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
• Conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews
• Managing data entry and maintaining recruitment databases
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
• Utilizing LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance our employer branding
• Assisting in organizing job fairs and recruitment events
