About the Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern. This is a fresher friendly role that gives you a front row seat to how Think School builds its team.

You will learn the complete hiring process while working in a fast paced culture that feels like a creative startup with ownership, clarity and high quality execution.

You will support our recruitment efforts and work closely with the Product Team, Marketing, Operations and other teams as you help us find the right talent.


What You Will Do

• Support end to end recruitment including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews

• Understand job requirements clearly and align candidates accordingly

• Maintain hiring trackers, documentation, Excel sheets and candidate databases

• Communicate with candidates professionally and ensure a smooth experience

• Coordinate with multiple teams to understand their talent needs

• Conduct research, solve operational challenges and support HR coordination


What You Will Bring

• Strong written and spoken communication skills

• Good problem solving ability and eagerness to learn

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Curiosity, ambition, discipline and a growth mindset

• A graduate degree in any field

• Must be Mumbai based and comfortable with full time on site work
