Talent Acquisition Intern

ABOUT ROLE:

We are looking for a talented and passionate individual who can join our Talent Acquisition internship program conducted by our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Contacting the applicants via calls and emails to get to know them for screening purposes.
• Coordinate with HR team and Hiring manager to understand the selection criteria.
• Work proactively with candidate sourcing team to get the list of candidates for each position and contact them within 24-48 hours of the receipt of application.
• Think creatively to source potential candidates through online channels such as Social Media, and other professional networks.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing graduation or graduated Any degree.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and Written.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Self-Motivated, Disciplined and Passionate

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
