Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management. This role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in HR and recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
