Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assist in the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
• Contribute to talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process.
• Lead initiatives to build a strong candidate community on social media platforms such as LinkedIn,

Instagram, and Twitter.

• Develop engaging content to promote the companys culture, values, and career opportunities.
• Organize virtual and in-person events, webinars, and campaigns to strengthen employer branding.
• Foster relationships with industry forums, universities, and professional communities to create talent

pipelines.

Requirements:

• BBA / B.com / B.Tech / MBA candidates (preferably in HR or Marketing) or graduates (any stream) from

2024 or 2025 batch.

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data management, reporting, and presentations.
