EaseMyTrip, established in 2008, is a leading travel platform in India catering to B2B2C, B2C, and B2E distribution channels. Initially focused on providing domestic airline booking services to travel agents, the company expanded to address the growing travel needs of the Indian middle class and corporate clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern position based in Noida. The intern will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings, and coordinating interviews. Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment records, and collaborating with the HR team to ensure an efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of Recruiting and Employer Branding strategies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment tasks.
• Pursuing or having a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

2. It is of 6 days working with work from office

3. The stipend is of 5000 per month
