Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment, providing relevant solutions Source suitable candidates using databases, social media and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client and maintaining a candidate database Screen candidates resumes and job applications on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Consistently maintain and update the MIS for candidate data Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Well versed with the Naukri portal for recruitment activities In depth knowledge of HR principles, functions and practices Experience of hiring for middle level to senior level positions Desired Skills: Exposure to both IT as well as non IT recruitment will be preferred Recruitment Exposure in Gulf/Middle east Preferred candidate profile
